Shipping, Returns and Cancellation/Refund
We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 5-10 working days. From the order validation time, it will take at least 5 working days to ship. For certain products it might require more time.
Shipping charges will depend on the delivery address which is mentioned at checkout.
Within the city total turnaround time is 5-7 days, again depending on the product and the kind of customization it requires. Outside the city turnaround time is 10 days.
Our own rider will be responsible for delivering the products within Karachi. Our courier partner for cities and countries outside Karachi, Pakistan are Leopards and FedEx.
Within Karachi, same day delivery can be arranged but it will take 20% extra of the total bill.
If order gets late due to different circumstances Markamemory will not be liable for anything.
Over sized or most fragile items will incur an additional charge of up to PKR 1200 - 1500 depending on the destination.
Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Our trained production staff customizes each order to your specifications. And before any item ships from our facility, it passes a final inspection for quality and accuracy. Markamemory stands behind the quality of every product we sell.
In case you make a wrong order, you have to return the product at your expense. At our end, we can refund or replace the product.

Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials.
All items purchased at the time of Sale, sale during special occasions like Eid, Valentine’s Day etc. cannot be returned/refunded/cancelled/replaced except for Damaged products & Delivery of wrong products.
If a customer receives damaged product, we will ask for pictures and send replacement.
If the product does not match the specification or faulty on receiving, we are not liable for return.
If the customer receives a product that he/she had ordered and does not like it, they can return it within 7 days of purchase, we will offer them store credit. Personalized or customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
There will be a 24 hour warranty on all products in which customers can report any damage/defect in the product and contact us for replacement. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable on the new order.
In case, you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we do not offer money back refunds but you do have an option to exchange it with any other product. We'll add cash in terms of Store Credit which can be used for purchasing next time.
Personalized or customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the ware house/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of personalized or customized orders.
To cancel an order email us at email@example.com with your full name and order number in the email. All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
a) We will never call you to ask your credit card number, CVV number etc.
b) We will never ask you your ATM Pin or your online password
c) We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent.
